She’s now the host and program developer for Foxtel’s Lifestyle YOU, and is a commentator and fill-in host on Channel 7’s Sunday Night, The Morning Show and Sunrise and The Project.

      Sorry to say Jessica, but fruit is a wonderful substitute for refined sugar. It truly is toxic as you may well find out in years to come unless you make a concerted effort to change your habits. It’s not as hard as you might think. Give it a go!
