Toni Whitmont has had a career spanning writing, journalism and television production, garden design and, for the last fifteen years, bookselling.
Having run the children’s department of an independent bookstore in Sydney for many years, she then established its specialist children’s bookshop off-shoot in mid 2005. She is now editor-in-chief of Booktopia Buzz where she gets to read big kids’ books as well.

John has been involved in the book industry for over fifteen years. For ten of those fifteen years he ran his own second-hand bookshop where he was able to talk books with book lovers all day long.
A writer and a reader, John hopes to share what he has learned about books with those who will listen and listen to those who are willing to share their knowledge in return.
