		<description><![CDATA[Since reading Everyman&#039;s Rules I would occasionally look up Carrie&#039;s name to see if she had produced a new novel. How exciting to see another, and I&#039;m off to order it, now, before cooking dinner or walking the dog.

I gave her first book to everyone who even mentioned that they liked to read, or had at one stage read books before they found computer games. I still recall the lovely lines that stole my next breath. I hope that Mateship with Birds does the same, but even if it doesn&#039;t, I can indulge in a trip to rural VIctoria without leaving my Western Australian loungeroom.]]></description>
